We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator / Production Assistant to join our digital department. This position involves working directly with high-end digital printing equipment and supporting daily production workflows.

Responsibilities 

• Assist in operating digital presses (training provided)
• Load/unload paper, etc.
• Monitor print quality and consistency
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Handle finishing tasks (packaging, organizing jobs, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements 

• Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working with machines and hands-on tasks
• Good work ethic and reliability (showing up on time matters)
• Ability to lift paper boxes and stand for extended periods

Bonus (Not Required but Valuable)

• Experience with digital printing presses (toner and inkjet).
• Familiarity with Fiery / print workflows
• Graphic design or prepress knowledge
• Fluent in English and Spanish
