JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Account Service Representative to join our growing team. Our Account Service Reps are a critical asset to our production team and in maintaining customer daily relations. The ideal candidate must be a dynamic, high-performing team player with a positive attitude.
Job Responsibility
- Daily communication with customers, account executives, and production staff regarding status of projects, changes, timelines, and request any other additional information needed.
- Gather all necessary job requirements accurately from customer before production.
- Ensure job instructions are entered in the various manufacturing systems and verify that the job is properly queued into the production schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors, production staff and customer to facilitate the proper production and delivery of product.
- Resolve any issues with customer’s job with the appropriate departments and recommend solutions for a high-quality production and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Tally the final production runs and work performed to assemble paperwork for billing purposes.
- Participate in daily production meetings and other business activities held to improve business performance.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Performs other job duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and/or Sales personnel.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping department, or other common carrier personnel to expedite or track shipments for customers.
Skill and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience in commercial printing a plus
Pay
- Salary Range $45,000 – $55,000
