Looking To print A Calendar?

If you’re looking for bound calendar options, then you’ve come to the right place. We offer saddle stitched, wire-o bound and spiral bound calendars.

Saddle stitched calendars are folded and stapled along the fold. Accordingly, you have single sheets, each printed on both sides, that are collated by page number, then folded in half. A saddle stitched calendar can lie flat against the wall.

Single sheets of paper that have printing on both sides also are used for wire-o bound calendars. The printed pages are gathered, trimmed to the appropriate size and then collated according to page number. A coil loop made of metal is then threaded through a row of precisely punched holes along the edge of the calendar’s sheets.

The assembly process is similar for spiral bound calendars. However, the binding is made of plastic.

When it comes to size and layout, you have tons of options available. Standard calendar sizes are considered eight-and-a-half by 11 inches, five-and-a-half by eight-and-a-half inches and 12 by 12 inches.

You also may choose a poster calendar that features all the months of the year on a single page. Common sizes for this format include eleven by 17 inches, 12 by 18 inches, 16 by 20 inches, 17 by 22 inches and 18 by 24 inches.

Some people prefer desk calendars. Typically wire-o or spiral bound, these calendars are printed in the landscape orientation and come with a free-standing, pop-up base. These are an excellent marketing tool available in sizes like eight-and-a-half by five-and-a-half inches and ten by four-and-a-half inches.

Another popular choice is the desk pad calendar. These can be designed to feature one month on each sheet. This format provides plenty of space for ads, making it a great choice as a promotional giveaway.

The available paper options are many. Choose lighter weight paperstock such as 60 # or 70 # or go bold with 80 # or 100 # paper. That extra weight and thickness feels really luxurious.

When you’re choosing the right paper for your calendars, don’t forget to select the right finish options. If you choose desk pad calendars, then uncoated paper is the way to go. This finish style is ideal for writing on. Accordingly, your customers can make notes about their schedule on the calendar you gave them.

Other calendar formats look their best when you choose either a matte or gloss finish. The matte finish features a dull coat and a low-gloss finish. This really cuts down on the glare, making the calendar much easier to read.

Lustrous and shiny, gloss paper is an elegant choice when you really want to make images and graphics pop off of the page. This could be the perfect choice for your calendars.
